If an event has been rescheduled and the date doesn’t work for you, you can request a refund and ask for the full amount back to your original payment method.

  • Please note that the attached URL for requesting a refund is for rescheduled or canceled events only.

We're doing our best to keep track on all events on our platform.

Saying that, it's the event organizer's responsibility to let you know once they've rescheduled/cancelled the event.
