If you see a charge on your statement referencing GO-OUT, it's likely related to tickets for an event listed on go-out.co. No matter where an event is located, the charge will show either 'Delaware' or 'New York' or 'Tel Aviv' on your statement because that is where GO-OUT is located.

When you purchase a ticket in the GO-OUT app or on go-out.co, the charge on your bank or credit card statement usually appears as:

  • GO-OUT [first 15 characters of the event title]

For example: You bought a ticket on GO-OUT to Visionnaire by Zamna Mykonos 2024. The charge might show on your statement as: GO-OUT Visionnaire by.

If you've bought a ticket for an event in Israeli selling in New Israel Shekel (NIS), the charge on your bank or credit card statement usually appears as:

  • GO-OUT כרטיסים

    or

  • [first 15 characters of the event title] (via GO-OUT)

For example: You bought a ticket on GO-OUT to Friday Shalvata. The charge might show on your statement as: Friday Shalvata (via GO-OUT) or GO-OUT כרטיסים.
