You can always access your tickets via GO-OUT mobile app.
To access your tickets, follow the instructions below:
Download the GO-OUT app:
iPhone - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/go-out/id1551649199
Android - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.production.nightsCreate an account on GO-OUT with the same details you've purchased the tickets with.
Select the 'Ticket' icon at the bottom navigation bar.
If you've bought a ticket using multiple contact information, you'll need to repeat the process for each ticket holder.
