The Ticketing Fees are nonrefundable, so we won't return them to the ticket buyer when a refund is processed. If you've bought a ticket and it was refunded for some reason, you can always contact the event organizer directly.

Israel

If you've bought a ticket and it was refunded for some reason, and the event is in Israel and used a New Israel Shekel as the currency, you'll get a refund for the full price you've paid (including the Ticketing Fees).
